utilises best practice in terms of proving results,
by reference to targets and proper controls.
- To do this we follow a simple process of identifying
objectives and metrics against them, agreeing benchmarks
and targets, and writing a measurement plan that ensures
data (from brand diagnostics through campaign response
rates and lead generation to sales) can be tracked
and delivered.
- Having conducted the data analysis ourselves, and
looked at any other relevant reports, we then produce
a very succinct report that clearly shows to management
the impact of the programme or campaign, in a language
they’ll understand.
